Total Resources & Operations Management Advisory
The Total Resources & Operations Management Advisory (T.R.O.M.A.) is a ‘mobile corps’ that encourages strategic management, enhances systemic integrity and urges best practices among many small to medium collectives via operations and policy analyses.
As a ‘critical controls unit’, T.R.O.M.A. helps to establish judicious fiscal oversight, develop performance metrics and recommends various or hybridized governance models for the optimization of overall management and administration (M&A) procedures.

R.O.C.
Range of Clinics
The Q Range of Clinics (ROC) is a set of jointly sponsored two hour Health, Legal, Real Estate, Financial and other skills-training workshops. The R.O.C. series promotes a sense personal well-being and builds ‘information banks’ for specific constituencies within the community.
At a rate of one collective visit per week, the seminars operate in a circuit through neighborhood and economic development co-operatives, civic societies and churches. A list of business entities/persons that wish to contribute time and resources is created and categorized by disciplines. At least two Q SM facilitators are scheduled per seminar to avoid “burn-out”.
